1. Order and Specifications

1.1 Specifications

All artwork featured on https://bluenileart.com/ is available for viewing and for purchase. Specifications of size and medium can be found alongside each work. All artwork ordered will be delivered unframed unless otherwise stated.

Blue Nile Art endeavours to display and describe as accurately as possible the printed colours of the Goods as they appear on the website, but cannot undertake to give any assurance that the colours of Goods supplied will exactly match those displayed on the Buyer’s display or home printing device.

1.2 Viewing a work

If you would like to view any of our artwork before purchasing, we will endeavour to arrange this where possible. Viewings will available at locations around London.

1.3 Framing

Blue Nile Art can arrange framing of any of our artwork. Please contact us at info@bluenileart.com to discuss style of frames available and their respective costs.

2. Commission our Artists

If you have seen an artwork that has sold out, or are interested in one of our artist’s style but would prefer a particular size, colour or subject, you may be interested in our commissioning service.

At Blue Nile Art we offer you the opportunity to discuss and design with our artists your perfect piece. All of our artists are available to work on commission.

For more information about our commissioning service or to discuss ideas for your commissioned piece, email info@bluenileart.com together with the artist in which you’re interested in commissioning and any of your initial ideas for your commissioned piece. We will then contact the artist directly and enquire of their availability. When agreed, we will contact you to discuss the options, a time-frame for completion and the quoted price for your artwork.

From there, we ask that you pay the first instalment (50% of the total price) in advance so that our artist is able to source the materials for your commissioned piece. The second and final instalment will be due upon completion.

Here at Blue Nile Art, we understand the importance of your involvement in your commissioned artwork. This is why we will endeavour to regularly update you with images of your piece throughout the creative process, should you wish it.

3. Methods of Payment

3.1 Method

Payment must be made by credit card or debit card at the time of placing an order which is accepted by Blue Nile Art. Payment in full will be taken at this time and the Contract will be in force.

3.2 Currency

We accept payments in GBP sterling only.

4. Delivery

4.1 Dispatch

All works are dispatched within five business days of payment being received unless we have informed you of any delay or alternative arrangements have been agreed.

Please note: Delivery costs are in addition to prices quoted for the works of art, unless otherwise advised. Delivery costs, therefore, will be added to the final price to be paid.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

At Blue Nile Art, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with any work bought from us, you can receive a full refund (excluding delivery costs) by returning the work within ten days of receipt. You will be eligible for a full refund if and only if a) the item is in its original condition and b) you have notified us at info@bluenileart.com that you wish to return the item.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the work to us in its original condition and of insuring it during transit, except where artwork received is already damaged.

5.2 Damage incurred during shipping

If, upon receipt, you find your work damaged, please first determine if the artwork or merely the packaging has been damaged. In the former case, you will need to retain the original damaged packaging and contact us.

Please note: Discarding shipping materials may mean you are no longer eligible for a full refund as it will not be possible to process a shipping insurance claim.

6. No Right of Resale

6.1 Consumers

Blue Nile Art only supplies Goods for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Goods for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes.

6.2 Businesses

Blue Nile Art only supplies Goods for internal use by your business. You agree not use the Goods for any re-sale purposes.[/text_output][/vc_column][/vc_row]
